Organize Utah!

Our Mission

Organize Utah! (OUT) exists to build working class power in Utah through organization and class struggle to secure dignified lives. We work to build strong, directly democratic, and highly participatory organizations that fight for workers; from the shop floor, to union halls, and beyond. To do this, we support each other in organizing new unions, reforming existing ones, and building other workers’ organizations to advance working class interests and pursue stronger democracy in the workplace and society.
